Kyiv International University (KIU) is a private higher educational institution which was established in 1994. Nowadays it has the fourth ( the highest) level of accreditation by Ukrainian government. One of the peculiarities and at the same time a great advantage of KIU is studying of foreign languages including languages of Middle East region. Educational process in KIU is provided in Ukrainian and English languages. The overall quantity of students is up to five thousand people. Throughout the years of its existence KIU has prepared more than fifteen thousand specialists of international relations, law, economics, linguistics, journalism, psychology etc.
The structure of the university includes five institutes, four faculties, twenty departments and three research centers.
KIU is a member of European Association of International Education and collaborates with a range of higher educational institutions from Poland, France, Latvia under dual diploma programs.
The tradition of KIU is the annual holding of the international scientific and practical conference: "Ukraine in European integration processes", as well as conferences on the most important socio-political problems
KIU students have repeatedly won the national rounds on international public and humanitarian law and represented the University and Ukraine abroad.
